Other shared space is the kitchen and bathroom. Onsite laundry machines inside the building. Parking space in the back behind building. Utilities included, and the tenants split internet three-way. Monthly lease.

I’m one of three tenants currently living on the property (26M, ~35M and ~26F). Posting for myself, I will be leaving by end of June for a new job. My room (Room 2) is the largest in the unit, with two walk in-closests and a window view facing towards Main St and the Marlborough Doughboy Monument.
