Bottom floor of townhouse includes private bedroom, bathroom, and a living room area with private refrigerator and a shared washer and dryer in an enclosed alcove. I do have to come through this room a couple times a day to let out my service dog. The kitchen is shared on the middle floor. Utilities are split. Water is about $160 every three months and BGE is around $150 a month. Internet is provided.

I am a private person and am friendly with everyone. I hope to find someone who is kind, honest and respectful, financially stable and career minded.
