You may have seen me post recently about another apartment in the same building. Originally, I was helping my boyfriend move out of his apartment so that we could move in together. However, plans have changed and now I am looking for someone to take over my HALF of the lease.

Located off the NE Burnside bridge. The apartment has beautiful floor to ceiling windows, luxury, concrete apartment. The overall apartment is 1000sq ft. It has an open kitchen and living room. It has the best roommate floor plan because both rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and each have their own connecting bathroom. The apartment faces East and has incredible views of some of the most recognizable Portland events (front row seats to the parades) Its central to some of the best locations in Portland streetcar stops right in front of the building.

Your room: Spacious, built in closet storage with pull out drawers and shelving which is great for organizing. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows and your own PRIVATE terrace off your room! The room comfortably fits a queen bed, a desk, and a wardrobe (if needed)

The apartment has W/D in unit, GAS range, and central heating/air.

Apartment amenities include: Two fitness centers- cardio room-weight lifting room- game room with ping pong and an outdoor community patio with grill. You are walking distance from all the most popular places Portland has to offer! Including but not limited to great restaurants, the Moda center, the Willamette River, hot spot bars etc…

Your roommate: Quiet, respectful, clean, young working professional.

The leased apartment is $2400. My half is $1200+utilities (which are split evenly) The lease ends at the end of April. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a beautiful apartment centrally located in the city with one of the best roommates.
