About the roomies
I am a semi-retired electrician who works part time. Penny is a 4 year old Australian Kelpie who loves people and most dogs. Rent is 825 per month and half PG&E. I have CARE with PG&E so it averages about $70 per month ( half). All other utilities are included. Room is 12 x12. Have full kitchen privileges, outdoor propane grill and very large living room.
