Excellent, pleasant and quiet location!! We have 2 rooms for rent, one is a master room/private bathroom and another with an occasionally shared bathroom. These rooms are within a two story house in a Mobile home park located in Central Capitola with easy proximity to Highway 1, Cabrillo College, Capitola Village, public transport, restaurants and grocery stores. Rooms are furnished or unfurnished with bed, chest of drawers, and large closets. Utilities are includes, with Wi-Fi internet, laundry access, and parking available. Single persons only, NO overnight visitors, no drugs, no smoking, no loud music, no commotion. All parts of the house must remain clean if not inmaculate at all times, kitchen especially, so all can use the facilities in communal commodity in order to guarantee these conditions to every tenant we choose carefully, though we are perfectly flexible, as long as basic criteria are met. There will only be two permanent tenants within this four bedroom-with 2 1/2 bathroom house, though as a technically the owners will reserve two bedrooms for themselves for the most occasional use. Common spaces downstairs are the large living room, dining area, and kitchen. References, credit reports, and proof of employment or financial support are required. It is part of how we vet for the sake of the household. The two tenants requires for this house will probably be both either male or female. If a female applicant is accepted first, then we will probably make sure the second one will be female, or same with males. We will introduce a second applicant to the first tenant before renting the second space. We seek compatibility for everyone, and we guarantee that we will give it that needed care.
