These are carpeted bedrooms with central air (AC & Heat). All utilities, water, trash, electric, Free WiFi and some streaming included.
This is a carpeted, non-smoking, bedroom with closet, strong AC, ceiling fan and two twin beds (or bunk beds if you both agree) and optional wardrobe lockers.
Please no smoking inside bedrooms/bathrooms etc, (medicating in the common room during bad weather is acceptable) … no drugs, no warrants and no pedophiles.
Warning: We are remodeling the common room / 2nd kitchen and 3rd bathroom this year.
The common room includes: washer, dryer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and Roku TV.
Property includes optional 10x10’ storage shed ($100), Jacuzzi, BBQ, gazebo, a small Koi pond and gravel parking spaces.
Both beds in this room are currently available. $420 per bed (private rooms are $700).
There is also a Caregiver position available.
In the rest of the house are 420 friendly, men and women, from 21 to 73 years old. Cats and quiet small dogs
