I have two available rooms. One room is $1150 fully furnished & the other $950unfurnished. All utilities included.

One room is fully furnished and equipped with a 40inch smart TV for $1150 a month. The other room is unfurnished and does not come with a TV for $950 a month. The home is equipped with wireless WiFi. Shared bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks. Occupancies will have access to the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, backyard, laundry room & home alarm system. There is a nearby park with a walking trail.

Street parking is available in front of the property. I offer a safe, quiet and peaceful living environment.

Must be clean, full time working professional and clean criminal record. Female preferred but open to co-ed as well.

No couples, kids, drug use, smoking, & pets.

Month to month with a minimum of 3 month stay.

I’m a 39 year old female occupant, I work full time, I’m a Christian and attend church every Sunday. I have no children or pets. I’m friendly but I keep to myself most of the time. I have a bit of OCD so I love my home to be kept clean and smelling fresh.
