One room is fully furnished $1050 a month. The home is equipped with wireless WiFi. Shared bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks. Occupancies will have access to the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, backyard, laundry room & home alarm system. There is a nearby park with a walking trail.
Street parking is available in front of the property. I offer a safe, quiet and peaceful living environment.
Must be clean, full time student or working professional and clean criminal record. Females only.
No couples, kids, drug use, smoking, & pets.
Month to month with a minimum of 3 month stay & a max of 12 months.
Iām a 39 year old female occupant, I work full time, Iām a Christian and attend church every Sunday. I have no children or pets. Iām friendly but I keep to myself most of the time. I have a bit of OCD so I love my home to be kept clean and smelling fresh.
