Place is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Room is unfurnished and term will be a month to month but am open to you staying as long as you need as long as everyone gets along. Near everything you could possibly need. We do have dogs in the home two of which are German shepherd one who is a sweet boy and the other is a bit timid until she gets to know you. At this time no additional pets please. This is not a party house, and the rules are simple, clean up after yourself, no drugs, no smoking inside, no excessive drinking, have proof of employment and don’t cause or bring drama to the home.

Roommates are cool and chill people. They keep to themselves for the most part but have no issue talking and hanging out if you want. We spend most of our time just playing with our dogs and relaxing when not at work. One of us works weird work hours so please be mindful of that. He usually gets home around 1am and the dogs can be a bit loud for a minute when he gets home. So if you’re an early morning person who works earlier in the day that’s something to be mindful of.
