This bedroom is furnished but can be optional. Original rent without furniture is $500. Has an old fireplace that’s comfy during winter and a smart washer and dryer in our laundry room. Bathroom will have to be shared between you and the second person who rents out the second bedroom. So if you know anyone you click with, feel free to recommend!

Utility Bills will be divided equally along with the Wi-fi bill. Rent is due 1st day of the month, late fees apply after the 5th.

Security deposit is $500, this is refundable if no property damages and utility balances are paid for at move out. Possible pet deposit, upon pet approved by owner.

I’m an Arts college student, Living with my dog Lexi, finishing up my last semester at Pima.
