Has an old fireplace that’s comfy during winter and a smart washer and dryer in our laundry room. Bathroom will have to be shared between you and the second person who rents out the second bedroom. So if you know anyone you click with, feel free to recommend!

Utility Bills will be divided equally along with the Wi-fi bill. Rent is due from the beginning of the month, after the 5th late fees apply. Security deposit is $500, this is refundable if no property damages and utility balances are paid for at move out. Possible pet deposit, upon pet approved by owner. Required to move in deposit + 1st month’s rent.

I’m an Arts college student, Living with my dog Lexi, finishing up my last semester at Pima.
