Well I’ll try to keep this short but we bought our new home about 5 months ago and had a roommate who specializes in remodeling so we bought this house that has a private entrance to build an apartment and rent that out but he lived with us for a month and took off and did no work, so I have the room on the main floor with attached bathroom that will be all yours and the washer and dryer are in the washer we have a Pitt so no other animals are allowed and if she doesn’t get along with you it won’t work but she’s pretty good at knowing if someone is a good person or not! All utilities included only have to buy your own food, you will have a cabinet for your stuff and you can use our dishes etc if you don’t have your own. We clean the house daily there will be no clutter so if your messy don’t waste our time I can’t live with anyone like that. So it’s $650 now with a $250 deposit refunded at the end of the 3 month trial we are going to do to make sure it’s a good fit. If you have knowledge of drywalling or remodeling a basement at all we can work out some deal that takes money off rent to get that basement done ASAP we have almost everything we need just have to do it. You would then get first dibs on the apt it’s going to be $1000 month with a contract also first and last months rent to start so if this seems like a good option we are very low key I’m 38 and my fiancé is 45 work full time and you must have your own vehicle to rent from us too forgot that! Also a full time job! We get up around 6 and home by 7 and sleeping by 10. If you smoke we have a screened in porch for that and we do not want anyone who has a significant other bc they will not be living with you in that room it’s for one person! Maybe once in a while but not more than maybe 2 times a month this is a 3 month thing not having traffic at my home.

Hope to find someone to rent the room for now and do the basement and then live there or not but that’s the perfect outcome! Jeremiah works in commercial plumbing and will own the company in the next year or so. I am an accountant and we have a dog that’s 8 years old names Karma
