Two students welcome with each a private room and shared bathroom/two together $1150 each. All utilities included in this tranquil and beautiful private bedroom and bathroom in safe area of the city. The townhome is surrounded by trees keeping it cool and calm even in the heat of the summer. Laundry and kitchen for full use, and dining area is available for a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinners with lighting and a celling fan. Also a convenient half-bath/powder-room can be used located on the first story, in addition to the private bathroom. The grounds are wonderful for walks around a pond with water falls, catch a release fishing, lots of bird and occasionally ducks. Enjoy the many amenities including the fresh air and nature, as well as a clubhouse, two pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. I honor privacy, and wish to know how I may make a lodgers stay as comfortable as possible with open communication.

I am an illustrator and hair stylist and love vintage. I’m quiet, respectfully, health conscious, recycle, care about animals and the environment, and I am the only person that lives on the property. My house is charming and reflects an artist touch, and I wish to accommodate another that appreciates beauty and a cozy home.
