Private room + private attached bathroom + private balcony/terrace. Gated community with a gym + pool + bbq. Soccer field is located right next to it. Across from it are Chipotle, Chase bank, Target, Five Guys, Panda Express, Starbucks + other restaurants (2 min walk from the apartment). This is the safest area in San Jose. And this is my favorite place I’ve lived in so far. You can walk at night outside the gates and walk to target or other places in the plaza. Also, you can walk around safely inside the gates as well since only the residents have access to inside. Another thing I will guarantee is how clean it is. The shared space, rooms, and the community areas (gym, bbq, clubhouse) are very clean. You can check it out yourself.

Hi! My name is Ian. My friend (male, 28) and I (male, 32) are looking for a third person to share a townhome with (3 bed/3 bath) in San Jose because one of the roomates is leaving California unexpectedly for his new job. I work in the Google San Jose Office as an engineer. And my friend works in Nvidia.
Our move-in date is the beginning of July (we are flexible with the move in date as long as its at the end of June to the middle of July). We are both chill and quiet. We don’t party at all (Never hosted a party inside the house). I like to go to the gym sometimes and go hiking.
