We have 459+ units throughout our entire portfolio. This room is available at our East Cherry Flats property which is a roommate style building. Each unit at this property consists of 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and we rent out each bedroom/bathroom with a shared commons area of living room and kitchen area. A background check will be required on all applicants along with a lease agreement. The deposit amount of $99.00 is dependent on the background check criteria and can be more dependent on the application results.
