You MUST have a steady job or income, rent due on FIRST DAY each month, provide your own reliable transportation, food/supplies, bedding, towels and washing supplies.
You have access to W/D, Wifi, Spectrum w/Fire TV, and an inviting community swimming pool directly across the street from our home.
Mother and Daughter share our home with ladies looking for a safe place to live and we have 2 rooms to share.
We have a new roommate moving in the middle of August and a roommate moving out at the end of August that lived here for two years and her room is available September 6th. We have 2 small dogs to greet you boisterously and 2 laid back cats.
