Amazing house overlooking downtown and within walking distance to UTEP. Have three private unfurnished rooms available, one has its own bathroom ($850) while the other 2 rooms share a bathroom. These rooms are located in a newly renovated basement that includes a small kitchen, living room and laundry with washer and dryer. All utilities (electric, water, gas, trash, internet, etc.) are included. House includes fenced in turf yards with an awesome view.

The upstairs roomies are female student athletes at UTEP. Looking to find 3 more clean, personable and responsible individuals to fill the house, female students preferably.
