About the room
A 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. The room is a good size. Can fit a dresser and desk with up to a king size bed. Apartment is on the 3rd floor. I’m looking for someone to do the application and lease process to team up with me. The room is furnished with the option to bring own furniture. The rent is based on a split of rent and utilities. There is an annual increase due to apartment costs and renewals. It’s the apartment price plus utilities.
