Quiet and cozy neighborhood. Personal room with access to multiple appliances in home including washer and dryer. 2 Story home with rooms located upstairs. You will share a restroom with 1 roommate, he has 9-5 job. there’s also an additional half bathroom downstairs that past roommate would use solely for himself. Common areas include living room, fully stocked kitchen and backyard. Pantry and fridge space is provided. Central AC/heater. Smoke and pet free.

I work Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm. I am someone that meal preps for the week on the weekends. Laidback and into sports, currently getting into running. Originally from Los Angeles. Other roommate is very friendly but mostly stays busy with work and gym.
