Home is in beautiful Paradise Valley golf course neighborhood at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Built a home gym and converted garage into game room with a pool table. Access to community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Fully furnished bedroom with a ceiling fan, large wall mounted tv, mirror closet doors and a great desk, chair, lots of storage and extra lamp.
About the roomies
One other male roommate who is a professional engineer in his 40s. Quiet and very clean. Leaves on the weekends. I am a personable introvert who enjoys hiking and traveling. Very clean and organized. Have two loving dogs who are only allowed in the front room and backyard.
