This space includes: private bathroom, private Backyard(for only our unit), In unit laundry, two story house with 3 bathrooms. One dog and cat that all stays downstairs since that is where the owners stay as the open room is on the main floor.

4 roomies here who are involved in the arts scene. (2 males / 2 females) We cook, dabble in music, paint, act, and just know how to have a great time. You’d only be sharing the bathroom with one Roomate as we have 3 onsite. Backyard is private to us so go out whenever you need fresh air and no need to haul your laundry bag blocks to clean, it’s IN UNIT!!!! 2 bedrooms located downstairs and three upstairs. The room available has immediate backyard access.
