A garage apartment in Saraland, AL. Separate entrance. Located 3 minutes from the i-65, 15 minutes from downtown Mobile, 25 minutes from Novelis in Bay Minette. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen has a microwave, a countertop oven and a set of dishes. The living room is around 280 sq ft (14x20), the kitchen area is around 95 sq ft (13,5x7), the bathroom is around 42 sq ft (6x7). The apartment has a wall AC/Heater. There are gas stations near by, a Rouses market around the corner and a Walmart is 5-7 minutes away from the place. There’s a CVS and a Walgreens right in the neighborhood. A couple of gyms and a YMCA with a swimming pool are around the corner as well. We will clean the apartment once a week and provide you with fresh towels, toilet paper and soap. We will also provide clean bedsheets. The street is quite, though, there’s a railroad nearby. So there are passing trains 2-3 times a day, but people get used to the noise pretty quick. We have a large dog who is very friendly, but also very energetic. He lives inside the house, but runs around in the yard a few times a day when it’s hot and can stay out longer during cooler months. He barks when he is outside. Not all the time, but pretty often and very loud. Our family spends a lot of time outside in the yard during colder months. During summer we pretty much stay in the AC when we are at home. There’s a spot to park your car. We have a little awning to park a bicycle if you ride. The apartment is for 1 person only. No children. No animals/pets. No drugs. No smoking. No baby daddy - baby momma drama. Don’t hesitate to message if you have any questions. We will not rent out the apartment unseen.
