Beautiful house located walking distance to Grant Park/Atlanta Zoo, the beltline and a few other cool sites. Huge patio and nice private backyard, nice kitchen w/ gas stove, big fridge and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. You would get 2 rooms to use to yourself and your own bathroom, I will occupy the master bedroom. My friend that was suppose to move in with me had to back out last minute due to a family emergency so looking for a new roomie!! Would like to lock someone in by May 15th to give the landlord time to run everything(background check and credit check, credit check is just to make sure theres nothing glaring on the report, actual score doesnt matter).

I am a 38 yr old bar manager w 2 very friendly dogs, must be dog friendly bc they get attached to people quick. My home is my peace so not big into bringing parties home, the occasional friends over for dinner, BBQ or small gathering is cool just not into all out house parties. I cook a lot(I prep my meals for work most weeks) and am always cool with splitting some grocery bills if the person is also a big cook. I’m not OCD clean but I do like cleaniness, I try to sweep twice a week and mop once a week since I have dogs. When I’m not working I like to watch movies/shows, check out new bars/restaurants, shoot pool, hike or hit a trail w my pups and BBQ.
