About the room
There are two private bedrooms with a shared bathroom in a really quiet & safe community. Wide parking area to park. Comfortable and clean rooms. The smaller room is $700 a month and the larger one is $900. The utilities are not included in rent. Recently renovated and housekeeping is included for all the common areas. Spacious outdoor areas for entertaining, yoga or meditation and also a grill is available. The community’s swimming pool and park are across the street from the house. There’s a walking trail that leads to George Bush Park. Excellent location 2 minutes from Westpark tollway and Westheimer.
About the roomies
Currently the home is vacant and looking for a roomie for two private rooms we have the master bedroom is rented out starting in April so you could move in immediately.
