About the room
Master bedroom loft suite in beautiful lakeview chalet. 20 miles from town. 1.75 acres. A bit rural but not isolated. Summers are fun, winters are quiet. I don’t think there is doordash type service. I don’t think you can get a pizza delivered. I’ve never tried either. Definitely not the right place if you regularly use those type of things. Wifi speed is typically 10-20 Mbps. Not gamer speed. Cell phone AT&T, Vzn, T-Mobile are great with 4-5 bars. I just don’t know about other providers, probably good.
About the roomies
I prefer to reach out to people that look like a good fit. Prefer someone (couple is okay, +$20/mo) passing through Helena with an objective for visiting. Your actual home is probably somewhere else or maybe you and the van need a break. Conservative rather than liberal. If you value a lot of privacy, I prefer you enjoy being a guest rather than trying not to be noticed.
