Hello. My name is Cornelius and I have a nice quiet room in a 3 bedroom house for only $600 utilities included. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and you will love it here. This is a temporary stay for 3months for 1 person only. If everything works out fine the contract might be extended. You must pay your rent on the 1st. No exceptions and no excuses. If you’re not a clean person and don’t clean up after yourself much, please don’t respond to this ad. I’m a very clean person and the last few people that were evicted from the home was due to cleanness. 

I’m looking for someone with positive energy, clean, responsible, have a job and limited visitors. You can have visitors just not a constant flow of people.

You will have access to the restroom. You must keep it clean for any guests that may visit. This wont be often but you must be OK with this.

The place has WiFi, washer, and dryer in the house. You have a mini frig in the room but can also use the bigger frig.

The location will be ready on Jan 16tj. If interested, reply with your name and number and I will call you and allow you to visit if you like. You will pay $300 for the rest of January and $600 on Feb 1st. This is a temporary stay until Mar 1st. If this helps, reach out.

I’m a very clean and responsible guy. I live alone with no pets. I work most of the time on some prodents I have going so I will be out of the way.
