Female professional in my mid 20’s seeking another professional roommate to rent a Master Bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo.

I am very close to shopping centers and the Brea Mall. If you love Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods as much as I do then you definitely won’t have to travel far! Also just a few minutes from the 57, 55, and 91 freeway which allows for easy commuting.

I am looking for:

• Quiet/respectful person
• Minimal guests. Occasional guest is ok but do not bring the party home
• Clean
• No pets
• No couples
• No smoking

Looking for someone to move in ASAP. The lease will start at 6 months but open to a longer lease deal. Utilities and WiFi are not included in the rent. There is an attached garage which will allow you 1 parking space. There is also plenty of street parking if needed.

Little bit about me: I work Monday-Friday, 8-6pm. I’m pretty much home during the evenings and occasionally go out on the weekends. I like to spend my free time out and about with my friends either at the beach, traveling, or dining. I’m a pretty mellow person, so I would like to find someone on the same wave length. I have an adorable cat name Tigger who minds his own business, you’ll hardly know he’s there. He spends the majority of his time in my room. I would like to disclose that his litter box is kept outside so my home does not smell like a cat lives here if that’s of any concern.

I am also very clean and organized so it’s important that my roommate is as well!
