About the room
It’s conveniently located 10 min from the airport and 15 min to downtown Portland. Walking distance to New Seasons, Walgreens, The McMennamin’s Kennedy School. 3 blocks from the new University Of Oregon Campus in the old Concordia University blocks. The closest bus stops is 2 blocks away on NE 33rd Ave.
The room is on the 2nd floor, and is furnished with a bed and some furniture. There is a window AC unit to cool the room down when it’s hot outside.
NO Smoking of any kind NO pets allowed.
In the house, there will be a music jam in the basement once a week. We play for approximately 3-4 hours early afternoon to evening.
The renters and the owner know this ahead of time and never have any issues. Some renters join and play music with us on some occasions.
Other than that, the house is very quiet. Parking is on the street.
It is a month to month rental contract with a required security deposit.
Access to laundry in the basement, share the refrigerator, kitchen, dining room, living room, and the backyard.
About the roomies
There are currently 2 male renters. Female renters are welcome as well. We are quiet working / professional individuals. I am the owner and work as a general contractor. One renter works at the airport, the other works in a private school.
