About the room
I’m renting a newly remodeled, unfurnished apartment bedroom in a very quiet neighborhood, just 0.6–0.7 miles from both campus and downtown.
Light & Layout: The bedrooms face southeast (great morning light), and the living room faces southwest (warm afternoon sunlight, perfectly cozy in winter). With windows on multiple sides, the unit has excellent natural airflow. Because the bedrooms are on the smaller side, I use the living room as a study area.
Rent & Fees: • Rent: $550/month • One-time move-in fee: $500 (paid to landlord) •Utilities: Internet, hot water, water, and heating are included. We’ll split the electric bill 50/50.
Parking: $45/month (paid to landlord).
House Rules: No shoes inside (indoor slippers or indoor-only shoes are fine). No smoking or cannabis anywhere in the apartment.
Transit: A CATA bus stop is located right next to the complex(Less than a 30-second walk).
About the roomies
I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t do weeds. I don’t wear shoes inside the unit. I’m a student and working as well. I like to keep things organized and clean. I would probably be considered a ghost roommate. 😊
