Hey there!
I have a clean and very safe comfortable private room for rent inside a beautiful remolded 3 bedroom two bathroom house in Altadena. The room is spacious, it has a nice closet, ceiling fan and two windows to the front yard. You’ll also have kitchen privileges and your own bathroom.
The house has a laundry room that you with brand new up to date appliance. Plenty of amenities in the neighborhood and transit stops, Eaton Canyon Park is couple blocks away. super markets are east and west of us. JPL and Artcenter are just around the corner. the area is very safe and the rose bowl is literally two blocks away. We are close to the 134 and 210 freeway.
The house has and includes wifi. Only one person in the room. no pets as we have two dogs already. no overnight guest. The house has new floors, remodeled bathroom and full kitchen including new stove and fridge. Parking is available on the street; no parking permit required. The room is $950 a month plus deposit utilities included.
The room comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk and an office chair.
We are a young married couple who graduated from ArtCenter Center College of Design. We are very clean and relaxed. This place is ideal for a student at ArtCenter, someone working/interning at JPL or that needs to be around Pasadena and Glendale area.
