About the room
Down the street from Delta College and not far from UOP. One bedroom with a closet. The room is furnished with a single twin sized bed, lamp, small nightstand, and an armoire (all pictured). You can move the furniture in room to your liking. You may also bring your own furniture. Parking available in extra drive way or on the street.
About the roomies
Mother and adult daughter will be your roommates. We have dogs and a cat; must be okay with pets in the house and not allergic to them. We occasionally have family gatherings.
We are looking for an easy going roommate, who is respectful and cleans after self. Someone who is willing to help with house needs on a rotation basis, such as, taking garbage cans to curb & bringing them back in and cleaning shared bathroom. No drama.
