Walking distance to the Metro Rail, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Just 1 mile from sports and entertainment venues such as Shell Energy Stadium, Minute Maid Park, and Toyota Center. No smoking is allowed inside the house and no pets. Room will be deep cleaned before move in. Room rental only, not entire home. If needed, I’m providing a full-size platform bed frame for the future tenant to use.
