This is a private furnished room in a two family home. The monthly amount includes all utilities. Our home is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this home. Two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Each floor has it’s own bathroom. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is shared with only 1 other person. Shared kitchen and laundry is available on this same floor. We live in the USM neighborhood and so close to everything. Transportation, grocery, pharmacy, schools, and pretty much, everything. Quiet, working neighborhood.

We have lived here for approximately 25 years and I am a Mother of 4, and my children are grown. My eldest daughter lives on the 3rd floor, where I am. And, my youngest daughter 21, lives in the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor. My eldest provides care for a crew of 5 dogs, not all at once, simply any given day, could be 2 to 3, sometimes 4. We do have our own dog as well. The youngest is in school for an RN program and also works, so not around a lot. I am a property manager and respond when needed and for projects in Lewiston, Maine. This room is in my own home and we have successfully used this space traditionally for students since we are close to the schools. This space would also work well for traveling nurses.
