This is a fully furnished (except for the bedroom) apartment in a well-maintained and beautifully landscaped gated community. It’s 1,029 square feet. It’s upstairs in a 2 story building, accessible by a flight of stairs.
The building itself is very quiet. All the neighbors are respectful about noise levels, for the most part. It’s peaceful.
The living room is fully furnished and comfortable. I have an air conditioner in the window. There’s a large screen smart tv and I have several streaming app subscriptions on there. There’s also a wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter evenings.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There’s a small cupboard for your use (and we can discuss more kitchen storage space, if needed.) The fridge/freezer is also available for use. There is a dining table in front of a large window that looks out over trees, landscaping, and a neighbor house’ yard. A perfect spot for sipping a morning cup of coffee.
The outside deck is large and it’s nice to sit out in the evening or whenever. There are huge evergreen trees that shade the deck and offer a certain amount of privacy screen. Birds and squirrels love to nest in them.
There’s a washer and dryer in-unit, along with a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a double vanity. We each have our own sink, mirror, set of drawers, and cupboards. It has a bathtub/shower combo. There is a roomy linen closet fully stocked with towels and a spare shelf for you.
There’s a hall closet to hang coats in.
The bedroom itself is unfurnished and has a closet. I can provide a dresser for your use, if wanted.
The apartment property itself is quiet and peaceful. There is a seasonal pool and spa, fitness room, and sports court.
There are a couple parks on the street. A wooded park right across from the apartment that has walking trails in it, and further down the street, a landscaped park with walking trails, a little free library box, and a community garden.
There’s a free, covered, assigned parking space that is yours for the taking.
Utilities, electricity, and wifi are included in the rent price. We can discuss how to handle other shared costs such as cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, etc), toilet paper, etc.
I’d prefer someone without pets. A single compatible cat or cat-friendly dog might be considered. Single females only, please. No overnight guests. No smoking (smoke-free property) Minimum 12 month commitment and must sign onto the rental contract.
I’m a 44 yr old female and I have a very sweet and well behaved cat. I’m an introvert but I enjoy socializing also. I’m fairly quiet but I do enjoy conversing, having friends over, watching movies, playing card games, etc.
I like time by myself but am open to hanging out together and conversation.
I’m looking for someone who if friendly and values keeping things neat and tidy. Household chores would be divided upon discussion of cleaning preferences.
We can sit down and discuss both of our expectations and requests for the living environment and as roommates.
I do not smoke and rarely drink. I’m on disability (I walk with a cane) and a bit of a homebody.
I have a lot of hobbies and interests: arts and crafts, reading, writing, bird watching, feeding wild birds, playing with my kitty, cooking, watching tv/movies, gaming (I wear headphones), playing card games, listening to music, rock hounding, walking in nature, etc.
I enjoy cooking for friends (approximately a couple times a month) and welcome a roommate to join in if they want to but zero pressure. I welcome a roommate to have their friends/family over, too, if they want to.
I have a couple bookcases and my roommate would be welcome to read the books, if she wishes to.
