Available now for 22-40yo F, independent, mature, clean & responsible. Close to “main city”, but tucked away. Public transportation (Sprinter & bus hub) w/in less than 1mi as well as of Palomar College & very near to CSUSM, & more training schools. Parking available w/in the gates, w/permit provided, &/or street prkg if those spots are taken. Laundry machines are available. The full bathroom is shared w/F adult. All kitchen necessities to share & full usage of it. The house is clean, organized & kept up on. The bkyrd is serene w/great views of the valley. We’d prefer someone that works outside of the home, but some remote school/work is fine. No kids, No visitors, No pets, No illegal drugs. Just chill, be respectful, & decent with common courtesy. Lots of restaurants, grocery, gas, and stores nearby.
About the roomies
Live in landlord couple, adult daughter & 1 F roommate. We’re quiet, low key, friendly, kind & welcoming, but also keep to ourselves. We hang out at home, work, watching TV, sports etc., doing projects, cooking & just whatever’s easy going for the day, if we’re not out. We’re pretty routine, mostly just making our days & evenings enjoyable. We like being social but also keep to ourselves. We value the privacy & safety of all that are in our home. Consideration, common courtesy of living, respecting others & the home, & communication is key. We like a happy home for everyone here. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, mature, independent and cleans up after themselves. It’s a very peaceful and pleasant environment - just like us. Most of our previous roomies turned into family & friends for life!
