Nice, quiet area near Hartland Kroger. Two pools, gym, 24 hour laundry, quick response maintenance. Called Brandywine. 2 bedroom 2 bath, no laundry hookup. Water added to rent, usually less than $100, electricity also around $100, Internet $55. Living room, dining room, and kitchen all furnished and decorated, can bring your own dishes if you want but not much room for other furniture. Lease allows for one more pet, though my cat isn’t very fond of other animals, we can talk about it. Anything else, just ask! :)

I’m 27 and work 8-5 at a bank, homebody in the evening and on the weekends. I’m non-binary so if that’s a problem, don’t continue reading lol. I have a couple people over here and there but not often, will always let you know in advance. I am very clean and expect the same, at least in the shared spaces. I also have a cat who is extremely friendly and loves attention, I expect you to at least be neutral toward him, any negativity not tolerated. If you just want to be roomies with no strings attached, that’s totally fine, friends is also welcome. Anything else, just ask! :)
