MORE PHOTOS TO COME Private room in the upstairs area. You’ll be living next to two other rooms and the tenants that live inside of them, my boyfriend and I live in the basement. It’s an old house so it’s thin walls, most use headphones. Bathroom is used by you and two other upstairs renters (Joe & Fenyx), there is plenty of room to store toiletries. A cat or two is allowed , smaller critters welcome. Trans friendly housing. One cat currently in house. Suburbs with lots of neighbors. Not a lot of crime, lots of critters like opossums, deer and cats. Street parking is available, right in front of the house.

Joe is quiet and mostly tends to himself. He is friendly and likes Dnd. Fenyx is eccentric and knowledgeable in cars, her favorite thing. I like to play videogames and board games. My boyfriend, Robert, like games as well. He plays a lot more variety and he likes outdoor activities.
