If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable space, filled with plants, art and light - this might be the place for you.

We are looking for someone friendly and respectful of shared spaces (keeps them tidy). We are busy with work and life, but love whenever we cross paths with roommates and can fit in a bbq, game of settlers or convo.

Shared Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (share between 2 housemates & guests).

Room is unfurnunished. Main spaces are mostly furnished (but still room for collaboration).

Laundry onsite (free), new appliances. (the fridge has an ice maker!)

Great porch & yard for a bbq, working outside. We have a super fancy grill (thanks FB Marketplace)

Off street & easy street parking available, safe and friendly neighborhood. (5 min walk to bus 112, 103. 15 min walk to Bus 101)

Bills split three ways (~$100-150/month). No smoking on property, looking to fill one private rooms (no couples please.) $875-1000/month (depending on length of lease).
