About the room
Includes EVERYTHING. Just renovated. Painted walls, new marble counters, new flooring. Right across the university of Hawaii at Hilo. Own bedroom shared bathroom. first floor unit in the corner of the building so it’s pretty quiet and nice. You’d have to share with just one other person (Female, freshman in college). I’m also only home half the time (I’m a full time student, full time job) so you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit.
Mostly looking for a female in college at the UH. Couples will be considered but price would be $1350/mo. $1200/mo for singular person.
Laundry in unit. For parking you would have to park across the street at the UH room will be furnished (twin bed), will have dresser, night stand, storage shelf with drawers, etc. looking for someone to start renting in June or July
