this is a gated group of town homes and I am a private owner. The utilities are included in the rent and I can furnish it with basic bed, night stand if needed. It has free parking that is designated and a pool right outside the patio gate. Rent includes access to club house and other amenities- game room, etc. There is a barbeque pit and patio furniture as well.

My son lives in one room and there are 2 other roommates 22-23 yrs old in separate rooms. The 4th renter had to back out for military, so we are welcoming a 4th male 20s-30s who is responsible and clean. My son is a clean nut and works at HEB and works out at the gym most days.
