I have an available room in my two-bedroom townhouse in the Inskip neighborhood. Both the bedrooms are upstairs (carpeted). There is shared full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs (vinyl floors). The place is fully furnished except for the empty bedroom. Tv, couch, in-unit washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The place gets tons of sunlight, and there is a back door that opens up onto a backyard that we share with another apartment complex. Rent is $735 and we have to pay for all utilities and WiFi, so it comes out to about $130 per person/month (that would make the total cost about $865 per person/month). Lease ends November 30 but I plan to renew it for at least 6 more months, so at least until the end of May 2027.

I am a social worker and work a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. When I’m at home I typically like to keep to myself. I have a little 6-pound poodle mix dog who is extremely friendly and house and crate trained. I am allergic to cats so those are unfortunately a dealbreaker. My girlfriend is around a couple nights a week. We will hang out in the common areas some but are generally pretty quiet and private.
