Hello! We have two rooms available in a spacious, clean home in Mira Mesa!

Both rooms are $905 base rent plus utilities, which vary per month based on usage. These rooms will require a security deposit of $650.

The bathroom will be shared amongst 3 but we will have a cleaning schedule to uphold sanitary standards!

Shared kitchen, living room and a beautiful spacious sun room! There is a backyard and plenty of street parking in the home!

We are LGBTQ+ and 4/20 friendly! We are looking to fill these rooms ASAP so we can sign the lease!

Move in is September 1st, but we are looking to renew this lease by August 1st.

We are Brianna and Vivian, two girls who are 26 years old. Brianna enjoys thrifting on her days off, playing board games, and enjoying her home, as well as the occasional night out. Vivian enjoys legos, coloring and relaxing when she has free time. We are looking for girls in our similar age range who are chill, clean and DRAMA FREE! We enjoy a quiet and respectful home life, and are huge on communication. We are both young professionals, Brianna works a hybrid 9-5 with 3 days at home, and Vivian works two jobs and also attends school.
