About the room

Private bedroom to rent in a ranch-style home located immediately adjacent to the Le Moyne College campus in Mountainview Road. Home is owned by an LMC professor (in the Carroll College) who lives there and has 1-2 bedrooms available to rent. The rooms are private and can be either furnished or unfurnished. The home is located very close to campus, in a safe and quiet neighborhood just over a quarter mile from the campus (the walk from the front door of the property to campus is 0.28 miles according to google maps).

The ideal roommate is respectful of themselves and others. I believe that this would be idea for professionals, specifically teachers (we would have a similar schedule), people who work at LMC, and/or graduate students – especially with individuals in the PA, MBA, and Nursing programs – additional details: β€’ Pet friendly, β€’ Off street parking year-round, β€’ All utilities (gas/electric/heat/hot water/etc.) included, β€’ Internet (T-Mobile 5G internet), β€’ On site laundry (washer and dryer located in the basement), β€’ Owner lives on site (so any issues will be dealt with quickly – no need to deal with a rental management company, etc.), β€’ Streaming on the shared TV in the living room (Netflix, Hulu, Apple+, Amazon), β€’ Trips to Costco if desired (I love Costco and have a membership, I would be happy to coordinate with you as needed desired), β€’ Small home-gym (Rogue squat rack, Echo bars and weights, bench, pull up and dip bar, battle ropes, etc.) that you would be welcome to use if desired,

About the roomies

About the owner: The property is owned and occupied by a LMC professor (whose wife will be working and living abroad indefinitely) who teaches in the Biology Department and his incredibly friendly and loving pup Delilah-Rose. I am an outgoing introvert (Meyer’s Briggs personality type) and I am looking to create a welcoming, safe, respectful sanctuary for similar individuals. I believe very strongly in the Jesuit mission of the school, especially the care for self and others. I am more of a morning person than a night owl (and so is my pup).
