Room:

The room is a large, fully furnished studio space, with a full private bathroom & private kitchen, and private entrance.

There is a queen bed, with 2 bedside cabinets & lamps.

• By the bed, there are 2 windows, both have white blinds and curtains.

There is a black hat and coat hanger.

There is a large white dresser with a mirror and 6 drawers.

There are also two white closets with racks to store clothes and belongings as well.

Facing the bed there’s a white TV stand with 16 drawers for belongings, and above it there is a large TV with Cable available.

There is an eating area with desk and chair facing the TV in the room.

WiFi/Internet is provided at no cost.

• A large, long desk-space and desk chair can also be provided for at no additional cost if requested (to have a laptop/desktop space for any purpose, like for for work, studying, or entertainment purposes, etc).

There’s a kitchen with a large white fridge with freezer, a sink, a stove with two burners to cook on, microwave (not yet shown in photos), cold-and-hot water dispenser, and a coffee machine (not yet shown in photos) provided.

There is also a full bathroom, with a newly added storage saver, a toilet coming with a bidet, and a standing shower.

*All bedroom and bathroom furnishings are new.

It’s a single story house with a driveway available for parking.

Area:

Safe, quiet area. We are located in the heart of it.

Police station, town hall, post office, town library, and a neighborhood park all within walking distance.

• Public transit / bus stops within walking distance as well.

Major grocery & food chains, and various gas stations/marts within 5 minutes of driving.

• A plaza with a ShopRite, Urgent Care Clinic, and clothing and furniture stores within 5 minutes of driving.

Drive a little further and there is Ocean County Mall, Ocean County College, Ocean Medical Center Hospital, and an Airport.

We are looking for employed tenants.

Smoking, drinking (& bringing any alcohol substances inside the house), and inviting guests to the property are not permitted.

Important:

Security deposit is non-refundable, and is two weeks of rent.

Payments are every week or every two weeks. The tenant can choose.

• For example: payments every week would be $465.

Gas, electric, and water bills are the 3 utility bills that are shared. Amount is depending on the bill which we will provide and show.

• After contacting us, you will visit to see the room for yourself first and see past months’ utilities bills first before any agreement is made.
