I’ve got a charming and sunny room available July 1st. It’s a great house, located in Mayfair on historic Monaco Parkway– super close to Cap Hill, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There’s a large fenced-in backyard with a big patio and grill and off-street parking. Comes with great neighbors, a fireplace, and fully furnished common areas. All utilities included.

I’m Susannah! I’m a 35-year-old creative writer, originally from Richmond, VA. I work from home most days and wait tables 4 evening shifts/week. I spend most nights at my partner’s house. I read a ton, love hot yoga, and cooking. I travel as often. I’m liberal/progressive and get along best with open-minded people who have a great sense of humor. I don’t drink anymore but don’t mind if you do! That said, someone big into partying scene wouldn’t be a good fit. Sadly I can’t accept anyone with cats bc I have an indoor/outdoor one who doesn’t get along well with other cats (but is very sweet to humans). Open to a super chill dog but preferably no pets <3 Mostly I appreciate a clean, cozy, calm home environment/ a place to recharge, but I enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party or Friendsgiving.
