Low key property in the heart of nature next to several parks. If you want to be close to the city but not live in LA proper, this area is central but pretty unknown. Lots of families have lived here for over a decade. Friendly community in this complex and everyone keeps to themselves.

You will have the bedroom to yourself, bathroom is shared. There’s a common area in the courtyard as well as many parks in walking distance. Grocery stores and all city amenities are nearby. There are bus lines and the Metro rail if you have no car. Street parking can be difficult.

WiFi is not included.

About the roomies

I have 3 dogs so I am looking for someone who is OK with medium size rescue dogs. They stay in the common area during the day and do need to be let out regularly. They are not your duty but are very present on the property. For this reason unfortunately we can not host any more animals here. It can be month to month if it does not work out for you due to the dogs, just communicate with me please.

I work part time for a few jobs, primarily my own businesses of holistic health and dog training, but also for the city.
