About the Home You’ll be sharing the condo with me, the owner. I work from home full-time and keep a quiet, clean, and relaxed household. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment and is respectful of shared spaces. The home is best suited for someone with a consistent work schedule who enjoys coming home to a calm environment. Two friendly cats also live in the home, so no additional pets are permitted. Because I value a quiet home, overnight guests are discouraged and should be very limited with prior communication.

Storage The bedroom includes a closet for your personal belongings. Additional storage outside of the bedroom is not available, so all personal belongings should be kept within the rented bedroom.
