About the Home/Area … House is quiet. We are at the end of alley. Most families on our lane know each other and sometimes gather. Not a home for visitors. Just those who live here. Past tenants had active social lives outside home. Laundry room, and some storage available. Off Street parking most of the time. Great location. 20 minute walk to downtown Carpinteria shops and beach. Home is well-maintained with yard, indoor heating, fireplace, pool and jacuzzi.
About Ripley my female mix… Covid Rescue with dependency issues. Never bites or barks. Just cuddles and smiles. About 60 lbs. When working from home, she’s always under-foot. Need Dog Person/People. Not just dog friendly, but real dog people.
