Need someone asap by June 1! A cute 2 bed, 1 bath house a few minutes from UNCG, 5 min from downtown, in central Greensboro. Right off W Florida St. This house is a peaceful and quiet retreat from work. Relaxing front porch, fenced backyard, storage shed and attic for good storage, my washer/dryer to share. Private bedroom. Shared living spaces and bathroom. I’d need the other portion of rent at move in, to pay my landlord the full amount due on June 1. Rent is the 1st-5th ofc, $1200 total which is $1095 ($547.50 each) base rent + $105 pet rent for my 3 cats. He hasn’t charged me any extra for the dog. I have the smaller room, about if not exactly half the size of the other. I was paying $550 and my previous roommate was paying $650, and I’m wanting to keep that pay agreement. Basically how the utilities due dates go, give or take a day or two for the due date because it varies: electricity= 7th, gas/heat= 13th, internet= 15th, water= 30th. We’d split the utilities evenly, they’re in my name, so I’d just need both of our portions by the due dates to pay them on time. I’d have my landlord write up a new lease for both of us starting June 1. 🙂

I have 3 sweet cats, and a chihuahua. I’m a quiet, chill, friendly, neat person. I watch tv and movies, doom scroll on my phone in bed, go on walks, and hang out with friends. I smoke, love good food, animals, art, interior design, and nature. I’m an introverted homebody who likes to be social and get out every now and then, or have a friend over every so often. I keep to myself, and clean up after myself. Looking for similar vibes. Emphasis on cleaning up after yourself. 🥴😄
