2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse apartment in South Berkeley. Shoeless I like to keep it clean. Downstairs- Living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. Upstairs - Bedroom 1 & 2, full bathroom. I HAVE TWO INDOOR CATS I’m open to one more cat and to slowly introduce your to mine but it cannot be an outdoor cat. Shared driveway with neighboring unit, plenty of FREE street parking. Super tiny backyard. Wooden floors, washer/dryer in unit. No A/C. I already have: furnished living room, full kitchenware and dining set, appliances (i dont have an air fryer and do not want one). Shoe rack available, drawers for knickknacks. I have streaming services as well (no hulu; no hbo; no disney) Neighborhood is relatively peaceful. Unit neighbors are an attorney and school counselor with 2 dogs. Bus stop around the corner. Dispensary around the corner. Close to ashby freeway exit, ashby bart, and Bay St. Restaurants, coffee shops, small grocer markets within walking distance.

I [29M] will be in the other room. I am a grad student and work full time. I coach club volleyball and I am an avid volleyball player (former college player), and I have my day job. Hobbies: volleyball, video games, cycling. I am usually busy in the mornings and evenings with some spare time in the early afternoon. My weekends are usually busy as well with school and work. Cannabis friendly, liquor friendly, and I like to mind my business. I don’t party as much as I once did but don’t offer me a drink because I’ll say yes. I go to the gym about 2-3x a week. Friends come over from time to time, and I really do not mind other people as long as my cats are safe.
