This is for female flight attendants only. Crash pad setup 7 minutes from DIA. 4 single beds in this room. It is a per bed rental for $500 per bed. There is a 5 piece bathroom with a custom deep soaking bathtub, over sized shower, double sink and oversized closet. The room comes with a mini fridge, swivel round loveseat, 65in wall mounted tv and full length wood encased mirror. Room is secured with a digital keypad entry. Only landlord, tenant and female property manager have the code. Cleaning lady comes once a month but you are required to clean up after yourself. The commons area need to be cleaned immediately after use and not left a mess for others to clean after. Full time, 40 hrs a week employment is required, no exceptions. Long term renters only, minimum 12 months
One female is a ride share driver that works overnight. Both males work full time. All are very clean and respectful and stick to themselves.
